no connection with simcard

Hello I have data only Sim Card, I am actually abroad. It’s my first time I try this card, but the card have no connection. Even if I choose the network by myself or automatic.

Could somebody help? I try’s already to pair it with an Leo account but it says it have to be active first. Don’t know how I can activate it. I guess ist instant active when I put it in my phone.
