Is there anyone else without internet since Storm Kristen?? In the last 6 months I've had less than 3 weeks internet at the house and can't get an answer to when it will be repaired. The service is terrible.

All this time? Have you already made a complaint by contacting Customer Services on 16200 (see tariff).
I've made several complaints. It just doesn't seem to work. Several appointments with technicians, but only one arrived. He did repair it and less than 3 weeks later, no internet. I can't get a date from them this time when it will be sorted. A nightmare.
