What number do I call for english language support, as I wish to amend my MEO contract? The 961001620 customer support line is in Portuguese only. I have been to the MEO shop in Tavira Plaza three times and they unbelievably can’t help and say someone will call me back but I have never received a call as the phone rings but ends before it can be answered. Chat just refers me back to the 916001620 number, so I’m in a never ending circle and contemplating just stopping my payments to cancel the service and move to a better provider. I want to cancel the TV and Phone part of my TV+Net+Phone package as I never use the tv or phone. HELP!

When calling the MEO helplines, say "talk to an assistant" to speak to an assistant
I recommend that you renew your contract, and remove TV and Phone, through the "create a request" area, in your Customer Area, my MEO, enter your cell phone number to be contacted by MEO
I recommend that you do not stop paying, your MEO contract, especially if you are on a loyalty period, can have high costs and problems due to not making the payment.
Hi, Thanks for your suggestions but again the MEO system is not user friendly as you can only enter a Portuguese mobile number to complete the form, I don’t have one so put my MEO landline number in the field and entered my Irish mobile number in the comments saying to contact me on that but guess what … no contact! I’ve never dealt with a company as incompetent, arrogant and difficult to deal with as MEO, so have just asked them to cancel my contract, although I don’t expect they will as that would require a level of competency and customer service that I don’t think they possess. I tried calling and saying ‘talk to an assistant’ but it didn’t work either.
