Hello,
I recently signed a new mobile contract with MEO and received the physical SIM card.
The problem is that the SIM card has no network signal, even when tested in Madeira.
We already tried:
- inserting the SIM correctly
- restarting the phone
- airplane mode on/off
- disabling another active eSIM
- testing in Madeira
Still the SIM shows no service / no signal.
Could someone please check if the SIM card is activated correctly or advise how to replace it with an eSIM?
