eSIM activation from outside Portugal

I purchased an e-SIM, but I'm not in Portugal, and it hasn't been activated. I've tried calling customer service multiple times, but I haven't been able to reach the relevant team/person because I can't get English-language support. Is there another way to activate my e-SIM?

(I'm writing this because I know the activation is done from outside Portugal.)

The only way is via customer service.

You should be able to activate your eSIM by calling +351 961 001 620 or via the my MEO app.
