I want to cancel all my services with MEO and created a ‘pedido’ in the app, because I couldn’t create one on the website. Technical issues?
I was informed yesterday, via a noreply email, I needed to upload the ‘formulário de cancelamento de serviço’ which I can’t find anywhere.
Can some one please help me? We need to cancel everything asap.
