I am moving abroad and would like to suspend the service, I have teied calling the helpdesk but there was only a recorded message I could not understand since I do not speak Portuguese.
What should I do please?

Tem que entrar em contacto com o apoio ao cliente. Se não consegue por telefone, tem que ir a uma loja.

Sendo assim tem que ligar para o apoio ao cliente. Se necessitar peça ajuda a algum amigo, que fale português, para fazer a chamada por si.
