Dear Sirs,

I received your termination confirmation letter regarding contract .
I would like to confirm which equipment is associated with my contract and which I should return, since I do not have all the items mentioned in the letter.

I appreciate your confirmation to avoid any undue charges.

The equipment to be returned is that which was installed by MEO and is owned by MEO. For further information, please contact 16200, as here at the Forum we are only customers.

You must return the router, set-top-box and respective power cables to a MEO store that accepts equipment returns.

Every customer's contract has a list of the equipment they have. It's registered in the system. I need that list. It's not the same for everyone.

This is the first thing that comes to everyone's mind. If I had concluded from this method, I would not have asked this question here. Please, if you do not have the answer and sufficient information, do not give useless answers just to raise your profile. Thank you.

Returning Equipment is usually the same for all customers.

In Packages with NET Fibra, you must return the FiberGateway (or the ONT and Router). In Packages with NET ADSL or Satélite the Router. And in Packages with TV, you must return the all MEOBox's (Set-Top-Box). And for all their respective power cables. Nothing else.
