how long should I wait for WiFi / Data connection after signing the contract

Contract was signed at the beginning of November.

Still no WiFi/ Data, television connection. Unable to access any help lines and the phone number ring off unanswered. Suggestions welcome

I suggest you contact sales support. We are customers here and we don’t have access to the service installation provision queue. The support 16200 can describe and check your provision status.

Was the installation not scheduled?


I suggest you contact sales support. We are customers here and we don’t have access to the service installation provision queue. The support 16200 can describe and check your provision status.
