My new 4K box with ‘white button MEO’ remote control doesn’t work anymore after a thunderstorm and power outage. I have unplugged the box, re-plugged it in and it still doesn’t work. I guess I need some numbers for pairing because it doesn’t respond to anything. However, there is no info on the remote control. 

Have you tried changing the batteries in the remote control? 

The controller may be broken, try pairing it by clicking the ok and volume button - 

Try controlling the box with your mobile phone, use the Google TV or Google Home app and synchronize it with the box.

If the problem is a fault with the remote control, , Go to a MEO store to replace the remote control. 

If the problem requires a breakdown, it may be in the Box and you will have to replace the box, contact Technical Support through MEO Helplines
