I want to continue using MEO and do not want the supply removing when the current owner moves out.
The website gives no method to do this,
Also it is impossible to add the mobile number with a prefix of 44 as there are not enough digits,

How to join MEO Energia, you won't need to change your meter and there will be no interruption in your electricity supply. You can sign up online, call the Customer Support Line, 800 028 028 (weekdays, from 9 am to 9 pm - free call), or alternatively visit a MEO Store.
Since you have a +44 (phone) I suppose, you best option is to visit a MEO Store near you.
plus you have extras by having MEO service when you add MEO Energia (the support will inform you).
