Having spent the last couple of hours attempting to find out how to cancel my contract I have totally failed. The online cancellation won’t accept a UK mobile number so is blocked at that point. Is there a customer support number to speak to someone in english?

Call +351 961 001 620 and say "Talk to an assistant".

Call +351 961 001 620.

Sorry. Neither works.

When I call, there is no option to speak to someone in English.

When I attempt to terminate the contract online, the site asks for a mobile number but will not accept a UK number.

I seem stuck either way.

Sorry. The form asks for my citizen number and Portuguese tax reference. I am a UK resident so have neither.

costumer service at contract section keep offering me and I already said i dont want ity anymore as i am not in portugal and i cant pay it anymore. they dont listen and also they keep telling someone but then the one called dont know how to speak in english and she just drop the call.

thats the problem of Portugal the costumer service must have someone that can speak english because not all of the costumer can speak portuguese. looking forward that they understand this matter.

i am not using your service anymore since january and they still charge me. This is really not good.
