Change sim service to meo

Hi, I have requested to change my number to meo from lycamobile. I received a message that it will happen during 8:00 to 11:00 on 30 October. but i have not received any meo sim card and my lycamobile signals have already gone. Kindly assist me as soon as possible.

You need to contact customer support to check the situation. We are unable to help you here. 
You will need a MEO SIM card to put in your mobile phone.
I advise you to remove your contact number.
