Dear MEO Customer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your urgent assistance as I have recently lost my phone and no longer have access to it. Unfortunately, this situation also leaves me unable to make calls to your customer service line.

I have attempted to activate my SIM card using the QR code provided in the MEO application, but it appears to be invalid. I need you to send me a new QR code so I can activate my SIM card and regain connectivity.

I have tried to find an online form to fill in but could not locate one. Since I cannot call, I have no other way to contact support team. I please  help me get in touch with the appropriate customer support manager to solve my problem urgently. Thank you
