This is the third time I have faced incorrect charges, and despite previous discussions and assurances that the roaming fees would be capped at 6.99 euros (MUNDO), I have now received a bill indicating a charge of 50 euros.
This lack of consistency and failure to honor your commitments is unacceptable. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and have decided to cancel my connection with your company effective immediately.
I request that you process my disconnection today and confirm once it has been completed. I also expect a prompt response regarding the correction of my recent bill and an explanation for the repeated errors.
