Temporary suspension request — two months

I’m currently outside of Portugal and will not be using my number for the next two months. I am requesting immediate suspension of my mobile service for this period.

There’s no way to reach your support team by phone or through the app — everything is blocked or useless. I need a direct email or working contact method for future communication.

Take action and confirm that my account is now suspended.

You cannot request suspension of service through the Forum, and your request will have no effect here. Here at the Forum we are just a community made up of customers. 

"The service holder (or, in the case of absence from home due to incapacity, their representative) may request the temporary suspension of the MEO service by making the request through MEO Helpline"
