Hello, I bought this sim card in the supermarket in Lisbon and did not use it for a few months. But my telegram account is registered on this number. So I can not confirm it cause I can't get sms. Cause the number is not active. How can I restore my sim card?

How long are “a few months”? When was the last time you used it?

After 6 months, without use, the sim card is canceled. Don’t know if this is the reason. Only customers support can verify the situation.
Or it´s a matter of roaming… do you have roaming activated on the sim card?
