everytime I try to put my mobile data on with the phone number +351 9xx xxx xxx it just shows an E and I do not have mobile data.
Today I got a SMS stating from you that it’s empty and I need to charge it. But the E is already there for some days. Also when I tried to charge it I got an error, that I should try later again. Please check what is going on, thank you!
