Lines canceled without consent

My and my husbanbs line got canceled without consent. 

Mine was canceled 5 days before agreed with costumer service, now I can't enter my bank account and work account because I haven't switched to a new number yet.

And my husband wanted to keep the number in a smaller package. 

All of this was agreed with costumer service. 

Now of course I can't reach costumer service as I don't have a working phone.

The only alternative I can give you is to Contact the MEO Customer Ombudsman

Here at the Forum we are just Customers, we cannot deal with your Issue 

You must contact MEO through the MEO Helplines or by going to a MEO Store

Hi Rafa, thank you for your quick reply but the problem is, that I can't call them and I don't live in Portugal anymore to go to their shops. The chat assistant doesn't help at all and I don't find a way to contact them. Even our meo account got deleted.
