Can somebody please explain to me IF it will be possible (and HOW) to use my iPhone with MEO sim card when I travel outside of Europe. I heard hideous stories about the cost of roaming. I just want to get at the truth.

Too complicated for somebody who does not have PT language skills.
It is why I asked for it to be explained.
I think I dont trust MEO not to give me a HUGE bill, so I will buy a local SIM card while I am in AU.

This is probably the best thing you can do. Roaming is too expensive.
