Invoice Payment Post Cancellation

I have recently cancelled my phone contract but still am required to pay the last month of the contract however I cannot do so because my client account - or at least the number associated with it - has essentially been removed (also I do not have MBWAY).

This will cost extra to do since I am using a foreign number and residing outside of Portugal. There must be another procedure in place for this kind of situation. If I must still pay invoices related to a cancelled contract, I should definitely be able to do so via a method other than MBWAY and without paying extra to do so.

On my MEO, you can pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay; you don't have to use MB Way.

Hi, thanks for the idea but unfortunately I cannot because I no longer have an ‘associated service’ so I cannot pay any invoices associated to my old portuguese number via the app or web platform. My access to the platform should not have been removed immediately after cancelling the contract if I still have charges to pay.
