i need to recover my phone number

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to request the restoration of my mobile phone number 937459892.

The line was disconnected due to an outstanding payment. I have already paid the amount due, but the phone number has not been restored yet.

I would appreciate it if you could check the status of my account and reactivate my phone number as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or documents from me to complete the reactivation.

In the Forum, we are not the Customer Service. Here we are only a Community composed mainly of Customers, that we can give Help and Tips about MEO Services, but we do not have access to MEO's Internal System.

To verify your situation, and reactivate your service and mobile number, you must contact customer service through MEO Helplines > or go to a MEO Store > 

I also add that here, being a public forum to which anyone has access, you should not enter personal data, such as your mobile number. I suggest, therefore, which editing your comment and removing the number.
