Há muitos anos, a minha avó trabalhou em Portugal onde comprou um telemóvel Microsoft Lumia 532. Agora regressou a casa, na Ucrânia, o seu novo telemóvel está avariado e enquanto estava a ser reparado, ela pediu-me, ao seu neto, para ligar o seu antigo. Telefone Lumia 532, mas infelizmente não funciona com nossa operadora de telecomunicações, você precisa de um código de desbloqueio. Ajude minha avó, por favor. Os documentos de compra foram perdidos durante a mudança.

Are you talking about the PIN/PUK code?

You can check the codes on myMEO.

You would need the receipt for it, if you don’t have it its probably a no go, was it bought at MEO?

 

If yes maybe by her nif number it would be possible to retrieve the receipt but it would depend, if it was at a official store or an agent, and it would need to be her in person.

 

If you want you can to a MEO store if it was bought at MEO, and ask about getting the unlock code for the phone, the possibilities, maybe you can sign a honor term, and you are going to pay to get the unlock code.

No, we dont need a pin or puk, we are in Ukraine, yours SIM didnt work here.
We need to unlock grandma’s Lumia for a ukranian mobile network.

We don't have a receipt, it was lost when my grandma moved from Portugal to Ukraine.
