Hello
I bought a prepaid eSim through the shop and never received,
Been waiting for few hours now.
I used apple id to create my account and then bought and paid successfully the esim prepaid
But never received.
The email address in the order is apple private relay, that hide my real email address, but i’m pretty sure meo is blocking or not able to send email to privaterelay.appleid.com domain for some reasons.
Now i’m not able to connect with my Apple ID anymore, didn’t receive esim and just waiting.
No email support in addition the chat assistant is not working. (app and web)
Really the experience so far is not great
