Urgent complaint – mistreatment at Loja MEO Quarteira

My name is Timur and I want to file an official complaint about what happened today at Loja MEO Quarteira.

The employee who handled our order (T1CT140015360) was extremely rude, hostile, and disrespectful to my wife. Her behavior was aggressive and totally unprofessional.

We are still waiting for our goods at that store. I have provided my NIF: **xxxx*, and I can be contacted via at +xxxxxx**.

I’ve tried other channels, but no one helps. I demand a proper follow-up and that someone contacts me directly.

This issue is serious. If no action is taken, I will file an official complaint through **Livro de Reclamações** and go public.
