I bought an esim and never received it even after getting a confirmation email saying I would get it in an hour. I called the help line but am unable to get any English options. Who can I email or chat with to get this fixed or a refund.

I suggest you check the situation with Customer Support, after Contacting through the MEO Helplines >, Precise the Indicated Key (by the Digital Assistant, After Calling the Number) to Switch to Service in English.
Alternatively, you can go to a MEO Store >
