I don’t have a Portuguese phone number, which did’t seem to be an issue when I signed up, but apparently they linked a Portuguese number to my account, without telling me. Now I can’t associate my services with my account, because the OTP password is sent to that number. How can I change the number? I’m not in Europe at the moment, so I can’t call the support number.

The only way to correct customer account information is through the support line. Since there are no associated products in the customer area, it's not possible to make written requests. Therefore, I suggest you contact the support line.

ps: The support line doesn't make up numbers. It must have been some number you provided when the contract was signed.
