I need to make a complaint to MEO. I cannot find any way of doing this without the Bot deciding nothing is wrog. We have had no broadband for three weeks and MEO say we need a replacement fibre cable however no one has come to fix it. The Bot don't allow me to make a complaint, there are no email addresses, tech support wont call back a UK number, it seems impossible to sort this out. Any help really appreciated.
