FED UP WITH NO HELP

So been with MEO two months, service is great but Customer service is awful.

Been checking my bank account for the DDR but nothing, so I then searched my emails for invoice, again nothing.

 My problem is that I down loaded the MEO app and tried to associate to my account but I cannot because it wants my customer number (which would be on the invoices, which I do not have) or invoice number.

Just called customer services, they stated the invoices had been sent and that they maybe in my trash / spam (they are not) and that if I wanted them sent again they wanted 2.50 euro (for an email), they then asked for my postcode (which I gave) and then I was told my postcode was wrong (its not) and to give them the correct one. We went back and forth with the postcode with him telling me it was not correct (it is) and that I need to give him another one , what am I supposed to do make one up?

It got me know where, told him that I would wait for the demand letters for payment as they would be free and then I would be able to update the app for DDR. 

Do they want payment or not!!!

Anyone else had this issue, NOT A GOOD START!

Do you have any MEO store next to you? Requesting a duplicate invoice is free of charge; it must have been misinterpreted or the support told you something else wrongly.

Did you checked your deleted items? I am asking since on the past I made a filter in my email account to trash marketing emails, ended up receiving the invoices directly on my trash bin, but it was there. 

If the debit has not yet been made to your bank account, it is because the payment has not yet been processed.
