Hello, hope someone can help as I can explain much better in English.
I am a MEO Energia customer. I need some help as I want to associate “my Energia” account to ‘My Meo’ account. I have no other services with MEO and I think this is where the problem is.
I followed the online process, but because I don’t have a ‘MEO Pacote”, i dont have a Numero de cliente or Numero de conta. I tried inputting ‘my MEO Energia’ account number, but it keeps showing invalid.
I tried calling their toll free number, but becasue I live outside of Portugal, I am unable to call their 800 number.
Any ideas how I can get this solved?
Answers can be in Portuguese.
