My wifi isn’t working. It stopped working on Sunday. The green lights are on. Can someone help?
I’ve tried to download the Smart Wifi App but as my phone is British I can’t access the app.
See attached picture. I’ve restarted the router a couple of times and looked at the available manuals but I’m unsure what to do next. I live in Lisbon, Sao Bento. Is this an area failure or is my router broken?

Hello,
Please check if the equipment before the router (ONT) is turned on. Reboot this device and then the router (must do in this sequence). Check if the fiber optic cable is charged / cracked or broken.
Ultimately you should report the breakdown or technical support via requests in your MEO customer area at https://cliente.meo.pt/perfil/mensagens/abrir-pedido
Pelas carateristicas dos Leds, mais me parece que o sinal optico nao está a chegar… será a fibra que está quebrada?
