We signed a new contract for internet in Funchal last Friday. The installation was supposed to take place on Tuesday, but the technician said he didn't have a cable with him, so he just left.
I spoke with a store manager in Madeira Plaza about this situation and was reassured that action would be taken.
We haven't been contacted since then and haven't received any information regarding the date of delivery of the service to our apartment. It's been almost a week since we became customers and we still don't have internet at home. It's pretty disappointing, to tell the truth. I'm considering leaving a note in the Online Book of Complaints.
Would it be advisable to cancel our contract and go to NOS instead?
