I accidentally used roaming data and was charged €50. I immediately disabled roaming. I didn’t intend to use data abroad. Could you please cancel or reduce these charges as a goodwill gesture?”

We are customers here. You have to contact MEO customer support. But I don't think it will be possible to reduce the costs. You have to be more careful next time.
