In Portugal there are 4 main internet fiber providers,MEO, Vodafone, NOS and Digi. They also have mobile serviços.
At this moment Digi hás the lowest prices.
And finally, i must add that Starlink technology seems to BE the best option for you cause you can acess worldwide TV channels and quality internet
