The construction workers next door cut the telecoms cable so our building hasn’t had wifi since Tuesday 27th of January, before the storms.
We call MEO helplines multiple times, two technicians came to fix the issue but it is still not working. We went to the store but they said they could only get a technician to call us back, when we got the call back, we waited an hour and a half and never got anyone on the line.
We made another appointment for a technician to help via the digital assistant, but then got a text saying the appointment was cancelled because they were already aware of our issues. Since then, we are unable to reach anyone via the helplines or the digital assistant.
At this stage, shall we just cancel our MEO membership?
