Without Internet for over two weeks. Initially, the team came and couldn't fix it. They said the issue was outside and it will be resolved within 3 days. Three days passed and nothing happened. After speaking to another representative, we were told today or tomorrow. NOTHING HAPPENED. Another call and waiting in line for hours and we were told it would be fixed in the next couple of days. NOTHING HAPPENED.
At the same time, all the neighbours in the condominium have MEO and it’s working as it should.
I am now the 5TH DAY ON HOLD FROM 9 AM TILL 5 PM AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON REPLIES. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION, NO INTERNET AND NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SITUATION.
There is no alternative contact apart from one phone number that no-one either attends to, or see our customer number and ignores.
I have never experienced such a service before.
