Hello, is it correct that we still don't have fixed inernet in Atalaia 2530-056?
I understand that MEO has problems due to Kristina, that's OK. However, what is NOT OK, is that the information level about the consequences for individual clients is close to zero, especially for non residents who do not have a Portuguese phone number. Very annoying. Big comapnies are good at selling but servicing? Hmmm. I think not.
So, MEO, let me know when can I expect to have fixed internet up and running again. And don't reply that you are doing your best, give a ocncrete time path. even if this means April. Then I have time enough to got to Starlink.
