Internet NOT working

My internet has not worked for more than a month. I just used the SIM for my work but i am no longer working. I then decided just to use the SIM as my primary WIFI in my house.

 

I have restarted the routur. Everything is also paid. I cant go on internet with the wifi. The connection is really bad.

I cant even access the site for the TEST of the speed of the internet. 

 

I have a contract for 2 years. I am super dissapointed and really do not wish to stay with you. Why am I paying for something that is not working??

More then a month? What says technical support about this?

I couldn't figure it out, do you really have no Internet at all or do you have it but it's really slow?

As you're using the mobile network, it's normal for it to be slower due to a possie lack of coverage in your area or indoor areas. You can check the mobile coverage at: geo.anacom.pt
