I contact you as I’m desperately trying to terminate my internet contract while now living out of Portugal. I left Portugal after three wonderful years in Porto.
Before my departure I went to a MEO shop to give back all my Internet Box and accessories.
The shop agent told me that the contract was correctly ended, I received a document proving it.
But MEO continue to invoice me.
I tried to create my MEO account but I don’t have portuguese number phone anymore to receive the sms of connexion.
Can you please help me urgently as your services continue to bill my every month.
