I have been to the USA and now I am being charged roaming charges, but I have not used my phone abroad. Indeed, my SIM card was removed within 24 hours of arrival. So how is it possible that such high charges are levied, it is 49.51 eur ex IVA.

If you've been charged it's because you've used mobile data, you should have deactivated Roaming in the myMEO app.

, thanks for your response. But the SIM card was in a dual sim phone and as far as I know, the other SIM card is the primary SIM card. So then it seems very unlikely to me. Besides, my phone has been in aeroplane mode most of the time, as I hardly use this phone. I have another phone for that.
