does fiber internet work in Salir do Porto? I dont have any.

Use the Digital Assistant in my MEO > to Report Your Breakdown. He will Analyze It Automatically, Find out if the Problem is General (in your area Salir, Porto) or Only in his Home (and it is necessary to arrange a technical visit)

digital assistant doest work and I see internet in app as error. support lines are impossible to reach out.

Hi ​@Zane 

Why isn't the Digital Assistant working? In Portuguese, just say “avaria” and it will start by performing an automatic remote check. I'm not sure if it's set up to respond in English.

Its impossible to report failure in app and after 2 day for hours hanging in line  what to do?

and invoice is sent for full service supply.

It is normal for the bill to still come as “normal.” The credit will be applied to the bill for the month following the days of unavailability.
It is normal for the MEO Smart WiFi app to show an error if there is no service.

I suggest you try again later to talk to the Digital Assistant or report it contacting Technical Support on 16209.
