Engineer visit

Your Engineer was scheduled to fix my internet today but he did not come and despite being on hold for over 1 hour you call centre will not answer the telephone.

I am very sorry for the situation.

Did you not receive any SMS with a Re-booking of your Technical Visit?

Have you tried Re-Schedule through your my MEO app in "Scheduling and Visits"?

Or Use the Digital Assistant in my MEO > to Book a Technical Visit?

A new visit appears to have now been rearranged.  The next problem is that I have a mobile router with you that was supposed to be free. The agent on the phone did something with it and has by error put the balance down to zero instead of unlimited use. So I have had to pay €10 to get some credit and will have to do the same again when it runs out. I need this resolving but cannot get anyone again either online, App or telephone. 

I need somebody to ring me.
