I am at a friends house near Faro., We installed 3 TP-Link Deco 65 in his house to extend the WIFI qualtiy. Unfortunatly I can deactivating the WIFI on the gr141ig. I have access to the router but only in “user mode”. Could you please let me know how the deactiving the WIFI on the moden? Pressing the 2 buttons “WPS and Info” for 10 seconds dont work.

You must contact Technical Support by calling 16209 (see tariff) and request that Smart WiFi be disabled. After that, you can manage the networks separately (including turning them off/on) in the web interface.
