contract cancellation stuck

I have a pending ticket for contract cancellation that has been open since 28 mai.

Could someone check it, as I do not live in PT anymore, and cannot keep calling the support from a foreign mobile, as it is very expensive.

I have provided all of the necessary documents in the ticket.
