I recently advised MEO of a change of address and on the phone it was agreed an engineer would come to the new property on 2nd Feb. However MyMeo shows no appointments. How can I check if the engineer is coming on the agreed date? If I phone customer service how can I ensure I get an English speaking agent please?

You can check whether the appointment has been scheduled via your my MEO customer area.
You just need to insert your NIF and Phone number.
