It is now 10 days with no service in Sao Bernardino, Atouguia Da Baleia with no news forthcoming from MEO. I have not received the SMS offering some assistance, is this because whilst I have a full home package from MEO I do not use their mobile services, I use Vodafone but MEO has this contact number. I have neighbours in Sao Bernardino with other service providers who have not had their services broken as a result of the storm. We have elderly relatives in the UK that we need to keep in touch with and have to rely upon the kindness of our neighbours to do this. I understand that there are people in a worse situation with no power and flooding, a much worse situation than we are in.
What right of recourse have we against MEO as the situation is becoming intolerable for me and my family?
