Installed a MEO M3 package with 500 MB/s last Monday. The guy used Wi-Fi to link my MEO box with gateway. When I asked, he said it’s good. Then the nightmare started, TV have lots of delay and suspension of images flow. Then I tried call support almost everyday. Then everyone said ok I transfer, and transfer and transfer, dead end. Let alone the internet speed, this kind of services is really frustrating. To be honest, I won’t recommend my friends try this service.
I just need a guy to link the meo box with the router, as simple as it is. That’s really a very bad client experience.
