Eu sou cliente meo há cerca de 10 ano e em breve quero mudar para a fibra mas quero uma televisão incluída no preço e queria saber se como eu sou cliente meo quero saber se tenho direito á televisão?
I have paid for a TV with my new fibre package and have not received it yet. That was 2 months ago. I was told its out of stock and they don't know when they're getting stock. That's unacceptable... I would like another kind of TV or my money back. I have done a formal complaint on the LIVRO DE RECLAMAÇÕES platform.
