Televisão pára quando ligo o fortnite...

I am running on an ADSL connection. Everytime I play Fortnite, my cable TV starts to "stutter".TV connects to cable device, connects to router. Almost every time I reach the loading screen in the game, my TV loses signal. If I change channel, it resumes immediately.According to Wireshark, the TV is mostly UDP protocol.No issues via wi-fi only.Both ethernet and wi-fi run on static ips.(Win 10, 64b)


 


EDIT #2: WORK-AROUND FOUND. With both wi-fi and ethernet adapters. I turn off the ethernet adapter and run Epic Games Launcher and Fortnite on wifi only. After game is loaded, I re-enable ethernet adapter. ZERO issues.(I don't get it.)


 


EDIT #3: After getting in touch with my ISP, they have replaced the router. Problem persists. Unlikely it's the router. Matter is now in their engineering department. Epic Games is going to make me famous with my ISP I guess.


 


EDIT #4: After 2 weeks of monitoring my connection, my ISP decided to bring yet a new router that they use mostly for fiber not DSL. Problem fixed. (Thomson Technicolor TG784n-V3, if any other PT DSL clients out there are having this issue with MEO)."


 


Parece que realmente teremos que pedir troca de router. Ontem trocaram por um router igual ao que tinha.


Vou entrar em contacto com MEO.


 


 

existe outra solução mas dá trabalho...ligas o laucher e abres o jogo depois disso fazes exit do laucher vais a box e desligas e voltas a ligar, a mim depois ainda continuou desliguei a box com o comando e voltei a  ligar e ficou a funcionar bem

Será que o moderador Paulo Santos não se pode pronunciar sobre este assunto?

O problema está identificado e o Meo (apoio técnico 16209) já tem forma de mitigar a questão com uma configuração no HGW, não há necessidade de substituição.
