Hello. I have been a loyal MEO customer since May 2016.
Now, I wonder if it will be better to change my package to some of your competitors.
I have a TV-Internet-2 cell phone. Now an increase of EUR 13-14 per month, without any information.
check my latest invoice FT A/851559121.
I thought about changing supplier eveny BEFORE this not acceptable level. my costs normally is EUR 61 monthly plus eventual overseas phone calls, or similar.
THIS level, I think is about EUR 10 to 15 too expensive.
Please urgently send a credit note of above Invoice, and if you want a loyal customer to stay loyal, provide me with a far less expensive level than my current one (I do not count this last invoice as current level)
You can reach me on my e-mail (you have all info in my customer files). I do NOT want any phone calls from sales persons, as there are ALWAYS misunderstandings due to level of speaking portuguese from my side, and English from your side.
Are we now ready to continue our partner ship or not?
